Cancellation Policy

NO REFUND IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND YOUR BOOKED SESSION. Can reschedule 2 times by using the contact form on the main home page. If unable to make second rescheduled session than the client must pay 25$ re-booking fee. If you have a “CLASS PASS” and reschedule a session you will need to use rescheduled session during the duration of your “Class Pass” no exceptions. (IF MEDICAL ABSENCE OCCURS MUST SHOW PROOF OF MEDICAL DECISION OR YOU WILL LOSE SESSION IF NOT RESCHEDULED IN A TIMELY MANNER) ALL RE-BOOKINGS MUST BE WITHIN 1ST 4 WEEKS OF 1ST BOOKING. (If purchased a single session) IF YOU PURCHASE A “CLASS PASS” AND SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION BUT NEED TO CANCEL IT, YOU MUST CANCEL ATLEAST 12HRS BEFORE CLASS STARTS OR YOU LOOSE YOUR SESSION.
